God's Passion for the World and Mission

The sermon examines God's covenant promises, specifically how God's passion for the world and nations is demonstrated through sworn oaths. The preacher documents instances of God swearing by his own name in scripture, correcting a previous count from the prior week and expanding from 2 to at least 11 sworn oaths. The sermon focuses on the covenant promise to Abraham that all nations will be blessed through his offspring, Jesus Christ, and establishes that this promise, repeated at least 40 times in scripture, is central to understanding God's heart for missions at Hope Church.
