Our heartbeats

What drives us

Loving God

We are committed to growing in our knowledge and love of God through His Word, worship, and prayer together.

Loving Others

We pursue genuine community — caring for one another, bearing each other's burdens, and building lasting friendships rooted in Christ.

Reaching the World

From Columbia to the ends of the earth, we support missionaries, partner with global ministries, and are actively engaged in local outreach.

Making Disciples

Our goal is not attendance — it's transformation. We intentionally help every follower of Jesus grow deeper in faith and share that faith with others.

Our identity

Rooted in the Gospel,
committed to community

Hope Church Columbia has been part of the fabric of this city for decades. We are a congregation that believes the local church is God's primary vehicle for transformation — in individual lives, in families, and in our community.

We hold to the historic Christian faith as summarized in the great creeds of the church, and we seek to apply that faith with warmth, integrity, and joy in everything we do.

Whether you've been a Christian for years or you're just curious about what we believe, there is a place for you here at Hope.
